We recognize God as the foundation of our values and the standard for how we live and work. That belief calls us to operate with integrity, humility, and accountability in everything we do. We were built for a purpose and on purpose. We will not apologize for prayer as we see and appreciate His handiwork on every property we visit.

We recognize that our work has a broader impact than just the assignment at hand. We were put on earth to make an impact on the lives of those we interact with. We strive to lead by example, act as servant leaders, and challenge those around us to raise the bar. Our success is far more than the number of appraisals completed, but is measured by the lives we impact.

Working smarter is only half of the equation. There is no substitute for hard work. We approach our work with discipline and purpose. The effort we put in reflects our commitment to doing the job right and honoring the responsibility entrusted to us.
