Logan Woodward- Certified General Appraiser
Logan is a Western Nebraska native who remains active in his community. Logan graduated from Scottsbluff High School and attended the South Dakota School of Mines, Rapid City, South Dakota, as well as Black Hill State University, Spearfish, South Dakota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship Studies. He has been appraising since 2017. Logan has appraised various types and sizes of properties.
Logan grew up farming in the area on row crops, pivot, and haying operations. Logan enjoys riding side by side in the South Dakota Black Hills with his wife and lake days with his family and friends. Logan is also a leader in his church’s AWANA, small groups, and mentorship programs.
Tegan Woodward-Appraisal Assistant
Tegan was born and raised in the Panhandle of Nebraska to a farming family. She has a background in crop insurance and mapping programs along with other systems to assist in the various stages of appraisals. Tegan has been an appraisal assistant for over a year. She enjoys free time in the Black Hills of South Dakota with her husband and family. She is involved in church Bible studies and is a second-grade teacher in AWANA.
